Sophie Craven

Following the completion of a Swedish Body Massage qualification in 2010 Sophie went on to study Nutrition and Physiology at the University of Leeds. Graduating with First Class Honours her Bachelors of Science degree has provided her with a strong foundation for helping others to achieve their optimum health status.

As an ex women’s football player Sophie has played in the elite leagues for Leeds United Ladies, West Yorkshire and England Colleges. Appreciating the importance of effective preparation and recovery techniques to maintain high performance standards led her to complete a Sports Massage qualification in order to support other athletes in reaching their peak performance goals.

From elite athletes to recreational sports performers, individuals seeking an additional aid to injury rehabilitation, or those looking to relax and unwind from the demands of modern society; you will be sure to leave the clinic feeling more energised in both body and mind.

Lucy Mardon

Lucy graduated as a sports therapist in 2012 and is an active member of the society of sports therapists. She developed a keen interest for sports and remedial massage whilst working with rugby union teams when seeing the benefit it can have on injury prevention and treatment.

Lucy has worked with an extensive range of clientele around the globe ranging from professional rugby players in the UK, Amsterdam and Dubai; Cyclists and elite snow sports in the Swiss Alps; World-renowned surfers in the Maldives, to novices, businessmen, full time mums, children and people recovering from injuries.

Lucy has an individual approach to sports massage where she is able to tailor each treatment to the needs of the client, whether it is pain reduction, increasing flexibility, breaking down scar tissue or simply to relax the body. When required she can utilise her invaluable knowledge of anatomy, health and fitness to offer advice and exercises to help prevent injury.
